PWC (jet ski) racer Lauren McMillan is at the Grammys

Posted by mauler On February - 12 - 2008 Comments Off

15-year-old Junior PWC racer Lauren McMillan is at the 50th Grammy Awards, which will air on February 10, 2008. Lauren has been chosen to represent Kids News Network TV to interview celebrities that are attending the Grammy Awards. She has been in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles for the past two weeks. She has been filming a Disney pilot television show. The producer asked her if there was anything that would stop her from making a commitment to be on a weekly Disney television show in 2008? She said that she races jet skis all over the United States and some times in Europe, but the races were on the weekends. They said so you would be able to fly to those races? She said, so does that mean I could use the Disney jet? Nice to be 15 and having fun! Dad

Local Riding areas in Moreno Valley, CA — Any Ideas?

Posted by admin On February - 11 - 2008 Comments Off

Riding GroupI was going through email and noticed Christina emailed me:

“My kids received a quad for Christmas, and we are looking for a free place where they can learn how to ride it.
Do you know any place locally? We are hoping to find someplace that there aren’t a lot of people riding.”

    So I replied with:

“Well, I’m not to familiar with that area as far as riding areas, but a few areas that could have potential are: Box Springs Canyon, Reche Canyon Road in those hills between Loma Linda and Moreno Valley. Those are a few local spots I can think of. If you want a list of official OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) areas, check out this site: http://www.ohvguide.com

So I figured I’d post it here asking you if you have any ideas. Post your riding areas in the comments!
