Dan Barnett of Lake Elsinore loves to race his super-fast mini off-road car known as a Drakart.

Little would anyone know from watching him pilot his roost-throwing, track-shredding, attention-catching machine that Barnett is a paraplegic who rolls through his daily life in a wheelchair.

Paraplegics are defined as individuals with spinal cord injuries that limit their ability and walking function of their legs or muscles below where the injury occurred.
