August 4, 2009 - Now available from Pro-Tec are Hook Up kits for most Yamaha Wave Runner personal watercraft. Developed to improve the performance of the already popular Yamaha Wave Runners, the Pro-Tec assembled Hook Up kit includes a Pro-Tec ride plate, Pro-Tec Moflow intake grate and Solas stainless steel impeller. 
A Pro-Tec Hook Up kit will provide the ultimate in hook up, acceleration and handling and on some models there will also be a slight top speed increase. Handling is improved with the Hook Up kit by reducing porpoising and cavitation with the use of the Pro-Tec ride plate and Moflow intake grate while acceleration and speed are improved by the added efficiency of the Solas stainless steel impeller. Different impeller pitches are available with the Pro-Tec Hook Up kits to tailor the kit to each individuals specific needs. Pro-Tec Hook Up kits are available for almost every 2 stroke Yamaha Wave Runner.
